“Who do you want to be in this world?”
Ms. Marvel premiered on Disney+ on June 8th 2022 with its first episode. There will be six episodes in total and the remaining ones will air weekly. The superhero action series stars Iman Vellani, Fawad Khan, Aramis Knight, and Matt Lintz. Each episode runs for approximately 49-52 minutes.
Captain Marvel super fan, Kamala has trouble fitting in at school and at home until she discovers that she may actually have superpowers of her very own.
Here is the trailer:
Ms. Marvel is cute and charming, creating a new kind of superhero series to indulge in. Is it worthy of your next watch? Let’s find out…
The Pros:

Kamala is a really fun character!
Much like Kate Bishop in Hawkeye, Kamala is quirky and funny. It’s very easy to relate to her and I think that Iman Vellani is a joy to watch on screen. Girls can be superhero fans too and I am loving our main character so far. I can’t wait to see what she does next!

Bubblegum pop charm.
I adored the vibrant and bright colors used throughout the premiere. This show is really wholesome and kid friendly, but it’s also just a lot of fun and really upbeat. It’s hard not to smile while watching this.
The Cons:

Needs some more action.
I’m sure we’ll get there, but I wanted a little bit more action from the premiere. I appreciated that we took some time to really get to know Kamala and her family, but this is a superhero show so I want a little more in this department.
So am I in or out?

I’m in!
This was such a cute and entertaining watch so far and very different from what I expected.
Fun for the whole family!
