My performance of the week ending 2/16/19 on TV goes to…

Henry Ian Cusick as Dr. Jonas Lear on The Passage.  Dr. Lear is a good man deep down, but he has made some dangerous decisions out of desperation and love.  Henry Ian Cusick has embodied a character that we can truly sympathize with, as we learn more about his connected past to Dr. Fanning each week.  While he may have already changed the world, it’s never too late to try and do the right thing.  As a fan of Henry Ian Cusick on both Lost and The 100, I was hoping that I would be able to connect to his new character on The Passage and I am impressed so far.  What’s next for Dr. Lear?  We’ll have to stay tuned to find out, but it looks like he has some beyond difficult decisions to make.

Stay tuned for a recognized performance on TV each week!

  1. Great post!

I love him on this series! One of my favorite actors on TV! I am really liking this show. Just when you think the vampire on tv genre was over The Passage comes on TV, LoL. Such a great new series.

    1. Thanks! He is fantastic in every show! I really like The Passage so far and I know there are a lot of vampire shows, but I can never get enough of them but I know what you mean. Haha. 🙂 Thanks for checking out the post!

      1. Oh, LoL. I totally love Vampire shows too. It just seemed like for a few years it was like such a trend on almost every network. One of my favorites was the short-lived Moonlight on CBS. One of these days I’ll get around to finishing The Vampire Diaries so I can watch The Originals and then watch Legacies. It will take forever to watch all those episodes, LoL.

      2. I loved Moonlight and then he went on to Hawaii 5.0 lol. It also had Jason Dohring from Veronica Mars too! Yeah, vampire shows are my guilty pleasure. I’m re-watching True Blood right now. TVD and The Originals are both great in the beginning. They lost a bit of steam for me toward the end but then picked it up before they finished. I haven’t watched Legacies yet.

      3. Yes, I totally loved the cast of Moonlight! I am such a fan Veronica Mars fan too, so it was awesome to see Jason Dohring on that show!
