Ranking the top 5 moments from “Killing Eve” season 3 episode 6: “End of Game”

Happy Monday TV fans! After watching BBC America’s Killing Eve season 3 episode 6, I learned that even when you get everything you think you want, sometimes it’s not enough.

Please note spoilers are ahead if you have not gotten a chance to watch yet.

In last night’s episode, “End of Game,” Villanelle gets promoted, but she starts to realize that she may be destined for a new path. Meanwhile, Eve attempts to get justice for Niko, which leads to an intense game of bowling.

My top 5 moments from Killing Eve season 3 episode 6 are:

5

“Piss off forever.”

Surprise! Niko is actually alive after being brutally stabbed by a pitchfork. In the beginning of the episode, Eve visits him in the hospital. Niko is on a ventilator and can’t speak yet, but he still gets his message across to Eve.

Eve is still determined to find out who is behind this and doesn’t think that Villanelle did it, even though the evidence is pointing in her direction.

I have to hand it to Eve. She sees through it all, but has she met her match with Dasha?

4

“To Villanelle, the Keeper!”

Villanelle meets Elena, who informs her that she has been promoted to Keeper, which is exactly what Villanelle wanted. Only she quickly discovers that the new job title is pretty much the same thing with better perks.

Villanelle is disappointed and starts to truly wonder about what more she wants. It’s clear that Villanelle’s family visit had a major impact on her, but maybe she’s finally ready to start over fresh.

3

“I love hockey!”

There’s always one fan in the stands who is just overly loud and obnoxious and Villanelle decides to embrace her new love for sports by crashing Konstantin’s daughter’s hockey game. Villanelle hilariously explains that you can’t watch sports without a hot dog, but Konstantin gets the conversation back on track and tells Villanelle that she was not supposed to kill her mother.

Konstantin wanted Villanelle to put her past behind her, but it looks like he’s ready to run away far from The Twelve…to Cuba?

Irina and Villanelle have a nice little chat about it, but can Villanelle really leave Eve behind?

2

“You can’t beat us.”

After getting some intel on Dasha from Carolyn, Eve is determined to track her down to get some answers. Carolyn warns Eve that Dasha is extremely dangerous, but there’s no stopping Eve when her mind is made up.

After taking out some of her frustration on a vending machine, Eve decides to crash Dasha’s bowling game and actually shows off some impressive skills. Go Eve!

Dasha reminds Eve that she cannot win at this game, suggesting that The Twelve will always come out on top, but we’ll have to see how this plays out.

1

“I don’t want to do this anymore.”

Villanelle heads off to execute her latest kill and poses as a hair stylist with lots of flair. I’m not sure that I would want Villanelle behind me with a pair of scissors, but things get a bit sloppy when her target manages to stab her before she can kill him.

Villanelle is always so precise and mechanical with her kills. It’s really more of an art form for her, which shows that she is clearly shaken up by everything. At the end of the episode, Villanelle reveals that she doesn’t want to do this anymore, but I’m not sure that The Twelve will accept no as an answer.

Meanwhile, we may have a new female assassin in town. Konstantin’s daughter, Irina, may have learned a thing or two from Villanelle after all and decides to run over her mother’s new overly nice boyfriend in front of him. Irina has been trying to get her father’s attention for a while and she recognizes that he cares for Villanelle, so is this a cry for attention or does she really have the killer instinct?

We also get a conversation between Carolyn and Konstantin where Kenny supposedly asked him if he was his father. We don’t get a concrete answer on this, but is this the reason he was killed or is there more to the story?

We have only two episodes left this season! Will we get another meet up between Villaneve or are they destined to go their separate ways?

Stay tuned!
