I Came By released on Netflix on August 31st 2022. The thriller film stars George MacKay, Hugh Bonneville, Kelly Macdonald, Varadu Sethu, and Percelle Ascott. It runs for approximately an hour and fifty minutes.

A graffiti artist discovers a shocking secret that puts him and the people closest to him in immediate danger.

I Came By is an intense film that builds and builds into something truly frightening. Is it worthy of your next watch? Let’s find out…

The Pros:

Intense AF!

Wow, this film kept me on the edge of my seat and then some! I was so drawn in and I couldn’t look away. I love the thriller genre, but this film took things to another level and I think a lot of that was because it was dark and rooted in the real horror of what happens when someone’s cold-blooded actions are covered up by their connections and power.

Kept me guessing…

I really didn’t know what would happen next once the horrifying secret was revealed. This film wasn’t afraid to brutally rip away hope from some of its characters and it was never predictable. The villain was beyond terrifying and I am still shaking after watching some of those scenes…

The Cons:

Slower start…

The beginning of this film had a slower pace and I wasn’t really sure if I was going to keep watching, but once I got to the thirty minute mark, I could not turn off this film. It lured me in to this dark and twisted story that was so engrossing. There’s a little bit of set-up to sit through, but I recommend sticking it out because it’s worth it.

A ruthless thriller with a satisfying ending!

I highly recommend adding this to your watch-list. It was such a consuming watch!
